The Prevention & Early Adversity Research Lab (PEARL) is led by Dr. Brenda Jones Harden, professor in the Department of Human Development and Quantitative Methodology (HDQM) in the College of Education. PEARL’s mission is to conduct applied research and program evaluation that informs policy and practice with respect to young children and families at environmental risk.
